2.1 The word “University” is used in UGU’s official company name, Urban Global University LLC, as registered in Delaware, USA.

Branding as an international private education provider.
2.3 Students must understand that the use of “University” in the brand name does not imply statutory recognition as a government university in any jurisdiction.
3. Accreditation & Recognition
3.1 UGU holds private accreditations, memberships, and affiliations with educational quality assurance bodies, professional councils, and international associations.
3.2 These accreditations:
Are non-governmental in nature.

Do not constitute government accreditation or equivalency with national universities.

4.1 Upon successful completion of academic requirements and fulfillment of financial obligations, UGU awards students a Certificate of Completion / Professional Qualification.

4.3 These certifications are intended for career growth, skills development, and professional advancement. They are not government-accredited degrees and may not qualify for:

Students acknowledge that content volume or format may differ across courses and that this does not constitute a deficiency.

Live lectures, interactive sessions, or doubt-solving classes may be offered based on faculty availability, academic scheduling, and program design. The University does not guarantee live sessions for every course or cohort.
Podcast-Based & AI-Assisted Learning
Programs may include podcast-style learning modules, which can consist of:
AI-generated audio explanations
Studio-recorded podcast lectures with faculty
Live or recorded discussion-based sessions
The format, frequency, and mode of podcast delivery may vary by course. The University reserves the right to decide the most appropriate instructional format for each program.
Assessments & Evaluation
Assessment methods may include:

Coursework submissions through the learning portal
Not all programs require examinations or projects. Assessment formats are defined course-wise and communicated within the learning platform.
Certification & Academic Documents
Upon completion of the required learning components, assessments (if applicable), and academic criteria:

Certification processing timelines may extend up to one month
Issued documents may include:
Program completion certificate

Academic Delivery & Live Session Policy
Urban Global University delivers its programs primarily
through structured online learning modules hosted on its official Learning
Management System (LMS). Live lectures, expert talks, webinars, and interactive
sessions may be organized from time to time to enhance the learning experience.
However:
The university does not guarantee a fixed number, frequency,
or schedule of live lectures, expert sessions, or webinars.
Live sessions are subject to faculty availability, academic
planning, and institutional discretion.
All live sessions, if conducted, will take place exclusively
on the official LMS or designated university platform.
Live & Expert Sessions Disclaimer
Recording availability is not guaranteed for every
session.
Students who miss live sessions may not always receive
recorded access.
The university reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or
cancel any live session without prior notice due to operational, academic, or
technical reasons.
Enrollment in any program constitutes acknowledgment and
acceptance of this policy.
Program Naming & Academic Disclaimer
Urban Global University offers professional and academic certification programs delivered through online and digital learning formats. Program titles such as MBA, BBA, DBA, MCA, MCS, BCS, BCA, DCS, and similar names are used solely to indicate the academic level, subject scope, and depth of curriculum covered within each certification.
These programs are not government-authorized, government-regulated, or country-specific statutory degree programs, and they should not be interpreted as equivalent to university degrees awarded by public or government-recognized higher education institutions.
