Channel Partner (Earning-Based Model)
Students may be onboarded as Channel Partners with the university. Earnings will be performance-based, depending on successful student admissions and conversions. Income is based on commission/margin structure and may vary. There is no fixed salary in this model. High performers may have the potential to earn up to $3,000 per month, depending on their results.
Salaried Opportunity (Employment-Based Model)
Selected candidates may be offered a salaried role with the university. Salary will be determined based on: Skills & performance Communication & conversion ability Experience & educational background Interview and screening evaluation Salary may include: Fixed component Performance-based incentives The maximum salary can go up to $3,000 USD per month, however: It is not guaranteed Actual salary may be lower depending on evaluation
Selection & Eligibility Process
After course completion, students will go through: Screening Round Interview Process Performance Evaluation Selection is purely merit-based and depends on: Course performance Internship performance Skill level and consistency
Internship Policy
After completing the course, students will undergo a 3-month internship program with the university. The internship is: Training-oriented Performance-based Part of the evaluation process
During the internship: Students may receive performance-based incentives or margins on successful admissions. Monthly targets will be assigned. Only those who meet the minimum performance criteria will be considered for further opportunities.
Opportunity Allocation Policy
