1. Introduction
1.1 These Employer & Partner Terms (“Terms”) govern the participation of employers, recruiters, and institutional partners (“Employer” or “Partner”) using the Urban Global University (UGU) job portal powered by Jooble API integration.
1.2 By posting a job or accessing employer services through the UGU Job Portal, you agree to comply with:

Jooble’s own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Scope of Services
2.1 UGU provides access to job listings and employer postings through its Job Portal, which is powered by Jooble’s platform and data feeds.
2.2 UGU does not:
Independently verify all job postings provided via Jooble.
Guarantee that listings are accurate, lawful, or suitable.
Act as an employer, recruiter, or employment agency.
Employer Responsibilities
Employers posting via Jooble API integration must ensure that:
Jobs are genuine, lawful, and accurately described.
No job requires upfront payment or fees from applicants.
Listings comply with employment laws in the country where the job is located.
They respect student privacy and data protection laws.
UGU’s Role & Limitation of Liability
4.1 UGU’s Job Portal is a facilitator service only.
4.2 UGU is not responsible for:
Verification of employer identity or job authenticity.
Employment contracts, offers, or negotiations.
Compensation, workplace safety, or disputes.
4.3 UGU does not guarantee:
That students will be selected, interviewed, or hired.
That job postings will remain active or updated.
That all job listings are error-free or suitable.
4.4 Students and employers acknowledge that Jooble is the data source and agree to be bound by Jooble’s terms when using the integrated portal.
Data Sharing & Privacy
5.1 Student applications may be processed through Jooble’s platform.
5.2 By applying to a job, students consent to sharing their details with:
Employers.
Jooble (as the integrated API partner).
5.3 UGU does not control how third-party employers use applicant data once shared. Students and employers should review Jooble’s Privacy Policy for additional details.
Fees & Services
6.1 Access to the basic job portal is complimentary for students.
6.2 UGU reserves the right to charge fees for additional services (CV building, premium job access, interview preparation, etc.), which are independent of Jooble’s offerings.
Termination
UGU may suspend or terminate employer/student access if:
Job postings are fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.
Student misuse of the portal occurs.
Data protection or academic integrity rules are violated.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
Disputes will be resolved through international arbitration, with final jurisdiction in Delaware courts.
